I have a very good experience with qubee that at least I got a world clad internet connection in BD. ( I did not expected in next 10 years) but!
Also I have a very poor (Bangladesh gov class... Even less.. lol?) sales and support and pure suck! (Absolutely fantastic!).
I have been brought a qubee connection 2MB_12GB with gigaset, Paid 6100 Taka at 25 April 2011. Account numbers for this connection is 77365, the seller told me, I will get a SMS/Email with my username and password in few hours. I have wait for long time then I have called to Qubee at midnight and they told they did not have anything from my seller. And they asked me for connect with seller again.
At 26 April I gone to the seller shop and an qubee sales guy was there. His name is Shojib (Milon) senior sales executive. I have talked with him and he gave user and password.
I back to home and run my gigaset and I got surprised that conection speed is 1 MB. Again I have called to Hotline and they again told me for go to seller shop,
I gone to seller shop and asked him about my net speed and at this time I wanted to use qubee with USB devise because GIGASET needed external power so I cannot use gigaset
When power cut. He advised me to buy a qubee USB devise with another post paid connection and he can transfer connection between 2 devise. I have paid him another 1600 BDT for USB devise and he gave me another account: 77437, and asked us for use in gigeset and asked for use my old account in USD devise. Also he told many sorry for his mistake about put wrong net speed pulse.
I got back to my home and I run this USB devise… its been started working… also I tested that gigaset its also was fine with new conection…
At evening I again run my pc and I was unable to connect to internet…. I called to Hotline and that guy told I cannot use gigaset username password into USB devise. Then I asked him, then why that sales guy sales a USB devise to me! (good BIZ), he told he cannot do anything, I have been asked, if he can do a solution for this issue, at least, if he can up my USB devise account and DOWN my gigaset account and adjust payment between them are fine with me. He told he can do it and we were thanked at least we got a solution after long talk!
That guy did that for me and I got 2MB_12GB in my USB account (77437) and he downgrade my gigaset to 512KB_12GB (77365)
I have been using your connection for one day so far and gone outside Dhaka at 29 april midnight.
I back to Dhaka yesterday 2 April, I run my laptop with qubee.. I find my net speed is 512! Tried another device that also 512!
I called to qubee, someone told me I have asked them for downgrade my account! How funny this to hear for me…………..!
Al this time I got 2 invoices for my 2 accounts! And the amount is very weird, because its been 4 working days! Yes you can make invoice daily because your net speed is really faster also its enough coz I have been used 2MB internet speed for one days! Lol..as its unexpected in BD so you can charge anything for that……….
Although its faster but I think people wont get time to use internet because they have to spend all time to go Qubee seller shop, office and call to Hotline, May be daily!
And now my all connection is 512 KB, My money which I have paid for 2MB conection may be charged for f**k CC.
I have called hotline few times, send email etc.
My PostPaid GP line got disconnected, now I cannot call you more.. lol

I have been posted this on qubee facebook discustion bored but it got deleted without any reply!!!
UPDATE: Phone, Email and in facebook, i never got a answer or a phone call from them, so i gone there head office at 5 MAY and complain them, that guy told, they are not responsible for any mistake from the seller(dealer)! and for fix my connection, i do not need to go there for this issue, its can be solved by PHONE, i told him anyway i need to solve it, he told me its will solve in few hours. But still nothing happened, ....
Now i have been requested for close my both account! but its still active, May be i will need to pay them each month!!!
But nothing are done.. Today is 12 May 2011,
